Week 4 done and dusted!
Busy week of workouts this week — I managed to get 8 done! My daily steps are averaging 12k so far, but that may take a dive as it's lashing today and I don't want to go outside 😂 Fave workouts this week were All Out Legs, Spicy Circuits and Fit & Fierce with Francesca. I used a 12kg kettlebell for the hip thrusts in Fit & Fierce and thought I was going to collapse when she said to pulse!!!
I find it hard to take rest days as I just love doing the workouts so much, but forced myself to take a break on Friday and today. The workouts are so good for my mental health, I'm always full of beans and in such a great mood after them. Thanks so much Queen @Maeve Madden, you're saving Lockdown 3 🙏🏻 Buzzing for week 5!
Wow Sarah, well done fitting in 8. I haven't got round to trying Fit and Fierce yet, the joys of having so much choice! It's great lookign forward to the week ahead. My other half is off on leave this week so hope to fit more in.
@Sarah Berney well done queen, that's super work this wk!!!!! I have a feeling this wk is gonna be even better!!!!! I have to agree, the main reason I started working out with meave last year was mainly for my mental health and fitness. I just feel in love with maeves happy and fun approach to exercise and this site shows how many queens feel that way too! Maeve has created an army of beautiful queens! Here's to another wk of laughs, sweat, spice, chats and stretching!!!! Eeeeek excited xx
@Sarah Berney SMASHING IT Queen. I love it. I know what u mean about rest days because the workouts r just too good. I'm with u on steps 2day. I was all set for my 10k walk today & saw the rain & thought ill give it an hour to stop & it just got worse so yep going to rest up instead. Well done Sarah keep smashing it doll.
