Just finished doing saturdays arms and abs and I genuinely nearly cried in the middle of stomp at the fact I could actually finish it! Had to take a moment before I started the core bits to get back into it.
I'm so grateful I found queens don't quit and decided to give it a go. I'm so proud that I'm actually doing 5 workouts a week, I didn't think I'd get past 3!!
Hopefully see a lot of you for circuits on Monday where I don't break down into tears halfway through 🙈

@Hannah York awww Queen well done girl killing it with 5 workouts. U know what it's good that u got emotional as it makes u realise something that u either didn't know or maybe forgotten. That is - U r strong, U r phenomenal & that u've got this. Kelly Clarkson has a song with some of those lyrics which I think suits us all. So Hannah York well done u girl. Be very proud. And remember Queens don't Quit. I know I'm going to be seeing a post from u next week saying u've smashed another 5 or even more workouts. Have an amazing Week 5 👑👑👑❤️❤️❤️
