So Ready For Week 5 😍🙌🏻


  • New month, new week, are we ready to challenge ourselves queens? 💪🏻💕

    I feel like for myself last week was a bit flat and I think a lot of others seemed to feel the same but I'm so ready for a new week! And January is FINALLY over 😂😅 I'm really going to try get stuck into my sleep goals, water intake, step count and college work this week and I'm going to aim to hit 7 workouts 🤞🏻👑 

    I can't believe we're on week 5 already though, even though January felt like a year in itself the weeks in this challenge seemed to have flown and I'm seeing results in terms of my strength, my mental health and in the mirror 🙌🏻😍 my hormones were all over the place last week so have been very bloated but I think the key is to know that it's just hormones and that it'll pass. I used to get so caught up with how I looked at different stages in my cycle but I feel like even hearing Maeve chatting about hormones and bloating has made me realise it's completely normal and I feel like I appreciate my body much more 🙌🏻💕

    What workouts are you looking forward to most this week queens? I can't wait for Combat as always 😍 and I'm loving all the strength classes at the minute too 🙌🏻💪🏻💕

  • So happy it's February! Spring is here! Hopefully soon we'll get some sunshine and can be outside a little bit more. I tried so hard to get out of my house this weekend, but it rained morning to night... I ended up taking my umbrella to get out for a walk and it was so hard, the rain was ice cold and it was just so grey and miserable. BUT I feel now that its February, its all going to get a bit easier! 


  • I assume this must just be a US thing but the groundhog did not see his shadow so 6 more weeks of winter 😆 Apologies as that probably sounds insane, it's a weird little tradition that we somehow still do over here in the states.

    Anyways, I'm looking forward to combat queens, fit in 15, and fit and fierce! I haven't done any of the yoga or pilates classes yet so I would like to check those out too. And yea I am definitely more at peace with the ebb and flow of my body being in a community that talks so freely about it and normalizes it. Very thankful for that!
