New month, new week, are we ready to challenge ourselves queens? 💪🏻💕
I feel like for myself last week was a bit flat and I think a lot of others seemed to feel the same but I'm so ready for a new week! And January is FINALLY over 😂😅 I'm really going to try get stuck into my sleep goals, water intake, step count and college work this week and I'm going to aim to hit 7 workouts 🤞🏻👑
I can't believe we're on week 5 already though, even though January felt like a year in itself the weeks in this challenge seemed to have flown and I'm seeing results in terms of my strength, my mental health and in the mirror 🙌🏻😍 my hormones were all over the place last week so have been very bloated but I think the key is to know that it's just hormones and that it'll pass. I used to get so caught up with how I looked at different stages in my cycle but I feel like even hearing Maeve chatting about hormones and bloating has made me realise it's completely normal and I feel like I appreciate my body much more 🙌🏻💕
What workouts are you looking forward to most this week queens? I can't wait for Combat as always 😍 and I'm loving all the strength classes at the minute too 🙌🏻💪🏻💕
