I may have loved the new rainbow legs ab move a bit too much 🌈 (where you lift your legs side to side over your weights) cos (possibly down to my over-enthusiasm) I have developed two lovely matching carpet burn welts on either side of the top of my arse crack!!!!!! 🔥🍑🔥 Sorry waaaaay TMI I know!!! I'm devo now tho cos I can't do it anymore or anything that involves that leaning back position like the Russian twist or the hundred move! That's what I get for Giving it socks! The unexpected side effects of a workout!! Sudocream for the win 🙏
@Niamh Gaffney oh u poor Queen😲. Well done u for giving it socks though. I sometimes tuck a towel around my lower back top of butt area to protect my back & it works a treat doll. It will protect u little welts queen 👑 👑👑❤️❤️❤️

I was trying to figure out what had caused them initially and then did perky peach last night and was all set to rainbow the hell out of it and then I felt the pain and the penny dropped!!! I'd say the mixture of friction on the mat and a helluva lot of sweat didn't help!! Thanks Queen 🥰🙏
