Just a quick note to say this is my 1st Queen challenge and i'm loving it so far! I've been doing a minimum of 3 classes a week mixing them up but I have to say Combat Queens is my favourite. Since I have started the challenge I'm down 7lbs (eating clean along with the workouts, having a cheeky prosexy here and there on the weekend). Delighted with the progress starting to feel leaner and definitely stronger. This week I'm going to try get get some extra classes in..... would love to to hear your class suggestion to try as I've been mostly been going between Combat Queen, Perky Peach and Abs Attack.
Looking forward to sharing my progress pics at the end of the challenge :)

@Siobhan McCall Hey Siobhan, this my first challenge too! Really enjoying it too! I try to eat well during the week and have a few treats at the weekend, we have to live! :-) I love the Sweaty 7s classes, we use weights but its low impact so its manageable! I also love All Out Legs and Spicy Circuits on Mondays! I haven't done Combat Queens since the first week so gonna do that this weekend now that you mention it! Keep her lit is right! 😄
@Siobhan McCall Amazing progress- well done you!!! And most importantly, brilliant that you are enjoying it!! Doesn't it make all the difference to get ridiculously excited about a workout?!
Have you read Maeve's most recent blog?- in it she describes the classes that might be the best fit in line with your goals, be they fitness, strength, weight loss etc.
For me my must-dos every week are All OutLegs, Combat Queen and Perky Peach. I'm really enjoying the new classes of Spicy Circuits (good combination of strength and cardio in it) and Francesca's class is amazing if you are looking for a good booty burn!!! Saturday's class is really good and fun too- Abs and Arms, so again a bit of a mixture of strength and cardio (I usually am swearing I'm not going to do it but then always get FOMO). Sweaty 7s is mainly then just strength, but also so enjoyable! I've not tried Barre Ballet yet but I know some of the girls rave about it, and it gets a good leg burn while being lower in impact I believe.
If you haven't done it yet I also highly recommend Esther's class on a Sunday, pure bliss and a good stretch after a busy week.
@Siobhan McCall hey Siobhan well done hun. That's amazing progress xx
This is also my first proper challenge. I half did the first one as in I did all the workouts but didn't really document the progress so this time I'm gonna give it socks and hope that lock down lifts and the summer will be fabulous ❤️👑
There are so many classes to choose from.and I love them all. I've given then all a try. You should try something new too and see if you like it. I love the Pilates class. Have u got weights? The Sweaty Sevens is fantastic and so is Tracey's New Class.
love to see all my Queens enjoying different classes, we have such a good variety now I am so proud of it and I think there is something for every one.. 100% check out the blog post on the classes and see what you think would work for you. Esther sunday class is soooooo nice as is it is mental wellbeing and I think that is very important..
