Such a great class, just finished it now. Gradually getting myself up earlier to be able to join at 7.30am. Feel so calm starting the day after that, just what I needed. Thanks @Sinead Corcoran
@Sinead Corcoran amazing class love the intense 5 to get the core going 🙌🏻 So so glad it was more abs & arms focused with only a hint of legs. I try and channel ur very grace & elegant moves, definitely not as elegant but the effort is there 😂 xx
Yes I found holding myself up in the plank position and downward dog position challenged my arms. A lovely way to start Friday. I love the focus on the breath too.

I love the focus on the breath too.. I find it really helps. I always feel so good after this class.
Just did this class because I woke up entirely too early for a Saturday and it really helped me refocus my breath! I am terrible at breathing even throughout the day I catch myself just holding my breath (high anxiety maybe) so starting my weekend off with this was perfect.
