And have never done pilates, bit info on what to expect from that class would be great, tia, excited to be part of QDQ xx

  • @Samantha Mc ivor welcome Queen delighted to have u on board. With regard to class selection for u, u will see a lot of the class have cardio in them. Monday mornings will be a combination of legs & glutes. Maeve has changed this recently so have a look at that. Barre Ballet is an amazing class Sinéad has added a mixture of ballet moves & pilates together with arms & abs thrown in also. Full body workout. Francesca's class is also about the booty & legs also another fantastic class. Maeve will be posting the schedule for next week this evening on queensdontquit Instagram so keep an eye out for that. Honestly it does what it says on the tin. Also In the meantime have a look at the library & ull see what it expect. Have an amazing week 6 Samatha. 👑👑👑❤️❤️❤️

  • @Samantha Mc ivor Oooh welcome Queen!! You're going to love it here! I used to do mainly cardio but have got into strength now too and loving that. Queen Audrey has explained it amazingly. I totally agree Barre Ballet is so fun and I didn't expect it but wow it really burns the legs, bum and also abs and arms in there too - something different yet fun and super effective I feel :) I haven't tried Francesas yet but will try this this week - sounds very up your street! All of the cardio ones are sooo fun - Saturday active arms/abs, combat queens is amazing and perfect to let off steam (my fave i think....) Ah give them all a go you wont be disapointed <3 Let us know what your fave ones are!! Enjoy it chick x

  • @Samantha Mc ivor Hey Samantha welcome welcome woohooo, if you click on each workout in the schedule on the live workout page you will be able to see what the key focus is and what each class entails... Also check out the last blog post, we did a good break down of the classes and which will best suit your goals

  • @Samantha Mc ivor definitely check out Monday's Glutes and Gains Class and Francesca's class is a serious burn. Barre Ballet is brilliant and I love the Pilates too. They focus on strength and are whole body. I like to mix it all up and do cardio, arms, legs and focus on strength.
