Hi, I'd really like to see a few more short Hiit workouts in the library, in the 10-20mins mark. The only 10 minute ones seem to be Abs Classes. Are there any in the pipeline? 🥰🥰

@Mary Casale Hey mary, I think there were 10-20 minute hits a wee while ago in the library. I really loved the 'Fit in 15' classes that Maeve did on instagram if you look on there you'll probably find what you're looking for! I think sometimes with technical issues and stuff they don't always get uploaded onto the website so I definitely would look there. You could also see about maybe doing some of the early bird class but skipping the abs if you don't fancy the abs and just want some HIIT the HIIT sessions in the early birds are so spicy and usually only 4-6 songs so that might be an option for you! 😊 I'm excited to see what Friday's HIIT class is going to be like! I do love a wee quick HIIT sometimes for a wee boost 💯 Hope this helps a little queen xx

@Mary Casale Yeah its the wednesday 7:30 early bird, I think there are a few of them in the library at this stage! I've done them all so far and I think it's one of my favourite classes of the week, it's quick, no weights or equipment and it's always spicy! There is a 10 minute (I think) ab session in there too while is always a burner but obviously if you didn't fancy it or didn't have time the HIIt session and finisher is always absolute fire! x
