@Sammi Trev Woohoo go queen Sammi that's absolutely fantastic queen! You've attempted the first one now so just slowly build it up and there'll be no stopping you queen! I remember when I did my first burpee and then increased it gradually and it's such a good feeling and such amazing progress! You're doing so so well queen and you definitely should be so delighted with yourself and so proud of yourself x

@Maeve Madden I think I'm starting to love the froggers actually 😂 I used to struggle when we did them in temperature, but I'm definitely getting stronger with them! They definitely burn but doing full sets of them in spicy circuits and it's fire but definitely a good fire 🔥😂 I do struggle with them and burpees when I'm hormonal though, not sure maybe it's the quick movement that I feel a wee bit dizzy and don't have the strength around that time but it's only for a week and we always come back stronger!
@Sammi Trev Aw definitely I'm so glad you put it up it brought me back to memories of when I managed the burpees and it's such an achievement you should be so proud of yourself!! I love hearing everyone's progress and you definitely should be delighted and proud queen x
