  • Oh queens! 

    Is anybody having major DOMS from @Francesca O'Reilly fit and fierce class yesterday??? I actually didn't get woke up by my alarm this morning... it was definitely a cramp in my glute that woke me up instead!!! 😂 

    It hurts to sit and it hurts to stand... absolutely crippled!!! I will definitely be avoiding the stairs today 🙈

    Although you know what they say - no pain no gain! Definitely one of my favourite classes of the week 🍑

  • @Beth Haughian loooooool, your glute alarm, love it.. I must try this class.  A good walk, stretch and plenty of hydration with sort you out... 


  • @Maeve Madden the bands that are too good at their job help too 😜 I know it's miserable here today! Hopefully it'll brighten up in the afternoon. I have no doubt that IG HIIT and toned arms will sort me out... make the pain move from the bottom half to the top and even it out a bit lol

  • @Beth Haughian Beth you give me such a laugh 😂❤️ You have me scared now I have it in my schedule to do tomorrow evening and was going to pair it with either abs attack or this mornings 20 minute HIIT but not quite sure I'll be able for two now 😅


  • I find when I do all the legs classes in consecutive days I really feel it. 


  • @Carmel Mulvany oh Carmel it was rough 🤣 I would tend to go pretty slow but her counting made all the difference... killer but SO good 🍑😂


  • @Niamh Byrne well I did it followed by combat so you'll be fine!!! Do it that way because you'll be sore the next day... it's more legs like jelly than pain the day of 😂😂


  • @Sinead Bergin definitely the DOMS from Monday's glutes and gains probably hasnt helped either!! Lol 


  • @Beth Haughian I don't have stairs in my house so I might be okay lol! I love Francesca's classes but by the sounds this week was particularly spicy! I usually do it on a friday morning before HIIT but I'm up in Dublin on Friday so I'll miss the live and I'm raging because it's my favourite workout of the week! If I do it tomorrow evening I might be okay on friday but I'll be sitting in the car for most of the day so not sure if that's a good shout 🤣 Have to go up to college campus for a lab but if it's nice I might walk around the campus to stretch myself out if I'm feeling sore lol. Going to be sooo weird leaving my 5km but I'm so excited to have an excuse to see somewhere that's not the four walls of my house 😂


  • @Niamh Byrne me too it's definitely one of my faves! Yeah it was different this week - really slow and controlled it was hard but so good!! Ach sure I'm the same I make some and miss some... I hate missing the chats!! 😂 Oh yeah a good walk will stretch it out... that helped me today anyway plus my arms hurt after sweaty 7s so I think the pain spread out 🤣

    Lol Niamh make the most of it!!! Get glammed and all for the occasion... make it a big deal hahaha 


  • @Beth Haughian aw my arms are sore after early bird and then Tracey's class 😂😅 I get so much FOMO missing the lives, I have 2 weeks of college after next week and I'm so excited for it 🙌🏻😂

    Oh definitely will be getting glammed and making the most of it, make up and hair the whole lot 😂 


  • another amazing class definitely need to continue to work on engaging the glutes some excerises I find so easy to really engage and the others I try and can't summon it for the whole move 😂🙈 mind over matter we shall get there 🍑🍑🔥🔥 xx
