  • Hiya

    I joined QDQ after doing a few of the Instagram free lives as I really liked the good tunes and full on cardio 'dancing'; and I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations as to which class is most liek that in the current programme? I really liked the early bird cardio sessions when they first started too and looking to add to it.

  • @Vicky Carter hi Vicky! Thee HIIT party on Friday morning is a mix of all of our fave tunes from the old IG lives and some newer routines so it's a definite! Combat is the same style of exercising with the beat of the music too 😊


  • @Vicky Carter I agree with @Beth Haughian Friday is a great feel good boogie 💃and also Saturday although has some weights, some people do without weights. Tuesday combat is all to the beat of the music.

    I love the workout to the music - i have the fear when we are allowed out I will think this is the way to dance hehe god help those around me if stomp comes on or titanium 😆🤪 or cotton eyed joe at a wedding - will be spot the queens who do the same 🎉

  • @Vicky Carter Friday HIIT is one of my favourite classes, it has all the tunes! I actually love combat and active arms and abs too if you like those styles of workouts, active arms and abs is a mix of high and low intensite and I just love it! x


  • @Una McElroy hahahaha Una 🤣 dropping to the floor to do the mountain climbers if titanium comes on lol. I was in the car with my boyfriend one day and a few team queen songs came on the radio and the poor fella (who hadn't seen me in months lol) thought I'd gone mad lol 


  • @Vicky Carter Hi Vicky, yas we have Glutes and Gains on Mondays which can be done with out weights is a mix of hiit and strength like we had on ig,  Combat Queens on Tuesday which is to music and a great upper body burn, then I usually do a 20 min Cardio burn on Wednesdays with fun music, Fridays we have Thee Hiit Party which is full on non stop class and saturday I run Active abs and arms which is with a light weight but a mix of the hiit songs too.... 

    We will be changing the schedule in the next two weeks once this challenge ends..

  • @Maeve Madden your wedding party need to know the queen routine!!! 🤣 Also you have to do it with a mic because "take it to the floor" is officially part of the lyrics... just saying 🤷🏻‍♀️😂


  • @Vicky Carter oooh Queen there is so much to choose from. I truly love them all. But honestly it wld depend on what u want to achieve. Maeve has a very good blog post on this on the main menu, of what she wld recommend for everyone's goals. Have a look & hopefully it will help Vicky. 👑👑👑❤️❤️❤️

I also love Sweaty 7s for strength too and as Maeve always says 'those sexy shoulders' 💪 Like Audrey said it depends on what you want to achieve but yes definitely check out the blog post it should really help you achieve your goals! 👑xx
