For the first time since joining Team Queen in June, I was able to hold a side plank on one side and do the crunches. Tried on the other side, but couldn't hold the plank, but was excited to the progress!!
Sorry to be missing the festival on Sunday as I will be working, but I have bought a ticket and look forward to catching up on the recordings!! 👑💖
@Sarah H. Smith Aw sarah I was the same I was so proud of myself doing the side crunches in a full plank because it's something I've struggled with for months! I think it's definitelly about convincing your brain you can do it, I feel like my mind definitely holds me back sometimes but today I just did not let it tell me what I could and couldn't do!
