Hey Queens,
I just wanted to write a little post to just say a huge thank you to Maeve and all the queens. Over the past ten weeks I have just felt better and better. At the beginning of the year and last year I wasn't working out at all really, the odd one every now and then but on January 4th, I saw the Spring Challenge and was like YES LET'S DO IT! I have since gone from doing 2/3 workouts a week to doing 6/7 because I absolutely love them! I feel mentally and physically so much stronger and I love being part of such a lovely litle community so thank you lovely Maeve! ❤️

@Bella Armfield yes Bella that is so brilliant!!! i like you increased amount of workouts and it was so fun!!! We have come so far together and all for the better queen. I sometimes feel lost for words as QDQ has helped us all so much, its truly incredible the affect for the positive it has had for us all. I just feel lucky and thankful every single day that last April i decided to do one of Maeves workouts and instantly fell in love with her, the songs, the routines and the overall vibe!!!!! Honestly one of the best things i have ever done!!! xx

@Carmel Mulvany totaly agree Carmel. Its actually so hard to put it into words what QDQ and @Maeve Madden has done for us all, over this last year. I honestly have never enjoyed exercise like I do now, I dont see it as a chore that I HAVE to do, I actually WANT to do the workouts now. They make me feel so great and its a feeling I can't even describe sometimes. I never thought I would be someone who enjoyed working out but this last year has proven me wrong. I know we are all coming out of this lockdown fitter, stronger and more confident than ever before and for that I am so happy in one way that this year has happened becasue if it hadnt we may never have discovered QDQ and met this new version of ourselves 😊
Yes I couldn't agree more with loving the workouts. I'm.back to work next week. I don't know how I'm.going to pick and choose the workouts that I will do now.
