Ok so I had told @Niamh Byrne I wasn't focusing on stats or photos as I just loved the challenge so much and I was primarily all about the change in terms of strength, fitness, progress and mental health, but then I took photos and I was so pleasantly surprised, so I hope ye don't mind yet another "before and after" sharing!!
I was quite regularly sick with chest infections and the like in 2019 and between antibiotics/steroids/lack of activity put on two stone, which I had been starting to lose at the start of 2020 and then- hello pandemic! I have been working out consistently with Maeve for coming up on a year now, and with this challenge I am now down half a stone and inches, while still enjoying my chocolate and wine! (Everything in moderation, all about the sustainable lifestyle!!)

Thanks to all the QUEENS on here who are legit the best bunch of gals!!! Thanks to @Maeve Madden for this most amazing program and space! I've worked out with ye in Dublin in my garden, on my balcony and in my room, and now brought ye with me to Laois where I work out in my parents spare room that I converted into my home office and gym!) It has been a fabulous journey and forever indebted to have this postivie focus to get me through the last year!

I've cut down on my treats a little because I was just having them all the time and genuinely think I apprecite them more now, aw queen I'm so proud of you you are a fantastic woman! @Niamh Byrne Thank you so so much, and thanks as always for your phenomenal support! It's so true on the treats, if you're constantly just shoving them in the gob out of habit there is no real proper enjoyment to be had, but if you consciously choose to eat it on occasion and do so mindfully it is so much better in so many ways! I know the diet could have been better at times, but I improved on Nov and December so if it's only baby steps for now that will do as it's still forwards!

Sharon you look bloody amazing!!!! I'm glad you took pics cuz it really is a great way to see the visible changes! But the changes we don't see are even more important!!!! We have come a long way queen, im so so proud of you!!!! And I agree, ye are all the best bunch of ladies ever!!!! I'm not afraid to share things or worry what people will think here!!!!! @Carmel Mulvany Thank you m'dear!!! I really hadn't been seeing the changes in the photos up to now but I had adjusted my mindset anyways (partially in thanks to the support and advice on here), so this was a lovely bonus to get! We have come so so far, we really have! Onwards from here xxx
Wow @Sharon Scully you look incredible well done and loving that ive gone all over ireland with ya lol. I mean those small changes add up to big results, for me it was the drinking I just cut it out and noticed a major difference in myself, my moods and even my sleep. Now I am of course having a drink on occasion but the lockdown prosexy was getting out of hand hahaha ..
