Not sure which day it is from but wow, feeling it in the abs today!! Maeve- "I"m taking a rest week" still takes like what- 4 classes?!?! What a superwoman. Upped my Saturday runs to 8km the last 2 weeks and completing them no bother thanks to my strength and fitness from QDQ, the simple happiness from enjoying running rather than feeling like a chore I need to do! Hope everyone has had a decent week, and virtual hugs to those who may have had struggles, we got ya and reach out if you need

Omg yes girls between my core and my calf muscles I don't know what's worse 😂 I was sore yesterday after Lotties class but I think yesterday HIIT party quite literally hit me lol
@Beth Haughian oh stop yeah haha- the calves are in bits too, but I know that's from the Irish dancing!!!! But I honestly loved that so much that I'll take it!

@Sharon Scully Aw I feel like my blood pressure was through the roof all day with the rugby but it's so nice to have something to sit down and watch with some sort of normality and not thinking about everything else in the world for a while! What I'd do to be sitting in a rugby stadium again though 🤞🏻 Was sitting for most of the day going between the rugby and a literature review assignment, let's just say I didn't get much of the assignment done 😂😂
@Sharon Scully oh my gosh hun, well done on upping ur running to 8km, thats bloody brilliant! I don't think I'd ever run that..... maybe some day!!!! This wk was still a rough wk and I think abs section Friday and all wk was pure spice!!!! Love the abs sections, im a gluten 4 punishment!! 🤣🤣🤣

@Carmel Mulvany if you haven't been for a run since starting QDQ you should give it a try now!! I was SHOCKED by how much my fitness had improved from the HIIT classes and was able to genuinley enjoy it, never thought I would be that person believe me!!!
