    Hi everyone,

    My medium band I bought a few months ago from Maeve has stretched a bit, I'm thinking of washing it. Has anyone washed theirs? Is it a good idea or will it destroy it? Any tips please 😄

    @Ria Curtin I was actually thinking about doing this wih my light one the other day but I'm not sure. I know Maeve mentioned about washing resistance bands before but never heard her say it about her own. To be fair my medium one is still quite heavy but I think @Maeve Madden would be the one who could tell us for sure! I'm afraid to try it because the bands are so beautiful 😍

    @Ria Curtin hi queen, I think I remember maeve saying if you wash them, it tightens them back up but that might have been about the elastic ones! Not 100% !!! Maybe ask maeve, she will defo  know what to do!!! Xxx
