Hi, I am on my third week of a month subscription & feeling a little fitter already. Are there any particular recommendations to target "MumTum"? Our youngest child is 2 yet I still look ~4 month pregnant with a saggy belly 😱. Also will I be automatically put onto another month subscription? I'm thinking of swapping to the 3 month one if I can? Hope this is ok to put on here, I wasn't sure where to ask. Thank you ☺️

I am so pleased you are feeling fitter already thats amazing. I would recommend the pilates class with sinead for core strengthening for a mum tum as this will be all about activation and its slow and controlled. Also she is taking a pre/postnatal class tomorrow so defo try that too as it can be beneficial to learn about activation and how to strengthen.
Then I would recommend taking some of the higher intensity classes and a strength class too 3-4 classes a week, remember take each day as it comes, slow and steady stay consistent .
