Was just curious on what everyone thought of the nutrition chat with Jodie? I LOVED it. Throughout the chat I'm nodding and yelling "yes queen!" 😂
Everything they talked about was so informative and so on point. It's taken me such a long time to understand intuitive eating and to not obsess about what I'm eating. Now I eat whatever the hell I want and don't feel guilty about it. Of course I eat those not great foods in moderation, but when I'm craving a pizza, I get myself a damn pizza 🍕😂
I did start this journey using Noom and counting calories, but then it just turned into a learning tool to help me understand more about nutrition. Now I don't calorie count at all and before I eat I always ask myself, is this going to help fuel my body? Am I hungry or just eating because it's lunch time?
So happy that I finally found a healthy relationship with food! What is everyone's thoughts on this topic?
