  • Hi all!

    Was just curious on what everyone thought of the nutrition chat with Jodie? I LOVED it. Throughout the chat I'm nodding and yelling "yes queen!" 😂

    Everything they talked about was so informative and so on point. It's taken me such a long time to understand intuitive eating and to not obsess about what I'm eating. Now I eat whatever the hell I want and don't feel guilty about it. Of course I eat those not great foods in moderation, but when I'm craving a pizza, I get myself a damn pizza 🍕😂

    I did start this journey using Noom and counting calories, but then it just turned into a learning tool to help me understand more about nutrition. Now I don't calorie count at all and before I eat I always ask myself, is this going to help fuel my body? Am I hungry or just eating because it's lunch time?

    So happy that I finally found a healthy relationship with food! What is everyone's thoughts on this topic?



  • Hey love!! Thanks for the post. I was the exact same - calorie counting and I noticed myself getting obsessed (even getting the packet out of the bin just to scan it on MyFitnessPal) 🙀 I think the apps are fab to give an understanding but can be addictive, like you said it's good to use it as a tool to understand what you're putting in your body. 

    Deffo learnt so much from Jodie's talk! It's given me such a better perspective on it all.

    And deffo like you said Brittany, if ya want the pizza eat the damn pizza 🍕😋 xx


  • @Brittany Yeaton I really enjoyed it too girls!!! Learned so much! I cant wait for more recipes that we can try out, I always struggle with eating healthy and what to do for kids also!


  • Is Jodie still around? Dying to get some more lunch recipe ideas!!
