Just wondering if we could try doing some pyramid training in one of the classes or is it in one already? Only recently rejoined after a 6 month hiatus!

Hi Ruth! @Francesca O'Reilly would use pyramids & ladders & drop sets and those sort of things in her class 😊 Definitely worth trying!!!
@Ruth Shanahan Yes I second @Beth Haughian Francesca's classes are fantastic and always a challenge. I absolutely love having such a range of class types now and every trainer is different. Would definitely five Francesca's classes a go, but prepare for the spice lol

@Ruth Shanahan hi Ruth yas Francesca Tracey and our new Trainer Emma all use this type of training in their classes yay . I would use more AMRAP with in a time space in my strengh classes to swtich it up. Most of my classes are cardio based though except for ultimate arms and fireball friday
OMG just did my first combat class!!! That was savage!!! What a way to get the heart rate up xxx
@Ruth Shanahan it's something else, isn't it!!!!! Impossible not to sweat and realise all ur tension in this class!!!
