Apple Watch help!


  • Hey girls hope ye survived Monday! Just wondering if ye can help me! I got an Apple Watch this weekend and just wondering what workouts do ye pick for our workouts? I did Sculpt & Sweat tonight and picked "functional strength training" but don't think that was right! I see that one and a HIIT one but not sure if there are others I should pick! Thanks a mill! 



  • Hi Jean! 

    For that style of workout I usually choose the "Mixed Cardio" setting! So for the likes of sweat and sculpt that use the weights and have some cardio i would set it as that for them 😊

    Combat queens and the HIIT party would be an example when I use the "High Intensity Interval Training" one.

    Sweaty 7s, Tracy's toned class, frans booty class which is all weights based I use functional strength. 

    There might even be more suitable options but that's what I go for normally! Hopefully that helps ☺️

  • @Beth Haughian mixed cardio I I didi not even know that existed amazing .. Im gonna use that for sculpt and sweat also 


  • @Jean O’Neill HI Jean, yas there are many settings you can choose from.  I would you hiit for the hiit party and combat queen. 

     Functional strengh for spicy circuits. 

    I see Beth said mixed cardio which is a great option for sculpt and sweat 

    and then Strength training for fireball friday and sexy shoulders..
