  • Def Fridays HIIT party class, a real all over body workout, and music left me buzzing after.  😁


  • Just finished the HIIT! So fun!! I don't have enough room for the roll, I literally have the space of the mat for my workout but sure I just improvised a bit!!! I am in bits though, arms and legs aching like they haven't in ages, and that's with doing a few less workouts this week cos of not feeling well!! Hopefully I will survive my 1km Great Limerick Virtual Run tomorrow, eeeek!!!!!


  • @Sharon Scully It was a fantastic workout! I lovee HIIT Party it makes me feel so strong when I compare it to where I started! I loved the roll but definitely should've given the floor a wee hoover before if I'd known it was there 🤣 Also typical me forgot to tuck my arms in one of the times so nearly ended up with a popped shoulder, honestly the most accident prone person in existence lol

    Best of luck with your run queen, you'll smash it. Just make sure to do your warm up and stretches, we don't want any inuries x


  • @Sharon Scully think if it like this, most of Maeve workouts you are running/stepping on average 2-3miles.  You'll rock it!!! 🏃🏼‍♀️
