Sweat fest after an indulgent weekend!


  • Hi Girls! 

    Had a few days off due to my period and the long weekend and it was fabulous. Drinks and BBQ in the sunshine. 

    Totally worth the absolute swollen mess I am right now, just finished sexy shoulders and sculpt and sweat back to back (had to have the fan on behind me with every window and door open 😅). How @Maeve Madden did that hungover I'll never know, absolute champion as always, and on her birthday! 

    Feeling a bit shitty about my progress weight wise but Queens Don't Quit and I'm going to focus on making sure I give every class 100% and change up the nutrition side of things, think I'll try out some of the lovely recipes that have been shared on Insta. 



  • @Megan Hunter I had a few days off too to go see my boyfriend! We did go for a big hike but I was eating the whole house and could feel myself feeling off because I hadn't been working out as much! It's so nice having a wee rest though, I did sweaty 7s today on catch up and really felt the burn! 
    You're definitely making more progress than what you think queen! Pictures and measurements are the way to go I say and even just how your clothes feel! As long as you're enjoying the journey that's the main thing and you'll be flying x


  • @Niamh Byrne oh lovely, I bet you had a great time! Yeah that's the thing, I've been focusing so much on staying on top of my workouts and not falling of I've not really focused on the dietary side of things. Mixing up the classes I'm doing and swapping out quick fatty meals for healthy things I actually enjoy more🤞


  • @Megan Hunter As long as you had a great weekend thats all that matters,dont let the guilt get to you if you can. You done two seriously tough workouts today which is a great start to your week so you are already on the right track again. I have to admit the nutritional side of things is my downfall. I eat relatively ok most days but I cant stop with the biscuits and treats, treat yoself is like a daily mantra to me 😂

    Its all about balance and I think we are all doing really great, we are keeping active and enjoying ourselves so thats the main thing.

  • @Ashley Jordan oh I'm exactly the same, love a treat. Getting to the point where I'm eating more because I'm thinking we'll I've worked hard this week.. complete opposite mindset to what I'd like to have haha 


  • Well girls, how on earth did I manage that on my birthday lol I was dying absolutley dying, 4 days not gonna lie, but 2 days of big drinks and the Thursday friday I had wee drinks with mummy.  Funny today I woke up and thought oh im gonna be so healthy and eat light and then I thought no.. NO NO NO, best hting to do is hydrate alot, and just get back into things.. I went to do groceries and got all my usuals so plenty of fruits veggies etc and just back to my normal routine.... I have been getting extra steps in though so thats defo good to be out in the sun... but like yourelves I am just so bloated sure ya saw me on the videos lol hence the black leggings oh and im hormonal yay but it will pass
