Hey ladies - hope you are all well on this fabulous Thursday morning. WEEK 12 women - we are f*&king WARRIORS! I am so proud of us all - we literally kicked this challenges ass!!!
I just revisited a workout with Tracy which I would highly recommend for a full body - 11th March - Toned with Tracy. It was a pyramid 10 down to 2 for lower and then upper and finish with the 10-2 for core. 4 exercises in each section. SWEATY BETTY!
