  I just did todays Fireball Friday and it was fab!! Legs are dead as i did booty band burn yesterday! 🙈Have loved all your classes this week @Francesca O'Reilly - also love Maeves too but it was lovely having you for loads more this week...will do your second arms class tomorrow!!🔥

  Ah this is super lovely! Sorry about your legs (all for the gains haha)! I've absolutely LOVED training with you all this week! Was fun to do so many classes with you all! So pleased you've enjoyed them! Thank you to you and all the QDQ community for making me feel so loved! Can't wait for the challenge ❤️
