So I took a little bit of a fall last weekend and sprained my knee. It's doing much better but I'm still wearing a brace. I really want to get back into working out this week so please let me know any class suggestions! Thanks in advance!!

I'd suggest the pilates classes, I've got a dodgy calf/achilles at the moment so I'm either doing the beginner lower body movements of the full body classes or I'm doing pilates. It's so frustrating but we'll get back there!
