HELLO queens, it's been a loooong time. 💔
I was absolutely flying on the workouts, doing 4-5 a week and getting so strong and confident. LOADS of compliments etc etc! But then a couple of months ago I had to go back into work every morning... then two injuries one after the other.... then all the socialising came back... and one thing led to another and it's now been MONTHS since I did a QDQ workout (or any for that matter 😭). All my progress is gone!! As much as I've enjoyed the last few months of being back to "normal", I'm so sad my fitness has been sacrificed!!
I know I need to work it into my work schedule but I am already finding the early mornings so tough, then I'm wrecked after work! Those excuses I always used to make....am I only able to be fit when we're in lockdown? Please god no!!!
Has this happened to anyone else and HOW did you crawl your way back?

Morning Grace, I'm in the exact same situation as you!! Glad to know I'm not the only one. I recently moved and started a new job and any form of exercise has gone completley out of the window. I LOVED QDQ in lockdown and I even got myself running up to 10k. Was chuffed with myself. Miss that lockdown life lol!
Now its September, I'm now slowly getting my routine back, and I know it's baby steps. I'm trying to schedule the workouts in around my new work roster.
I know I don't want to quit this time. I miss how healthy I used to feel and I keep thinking that. xxx

You just gotta keep picking yourself back up again! Having a workout buddy might help to keep you accountable for doing the workouts! You got this!
