Hi Queens, I'm so delighted to have finished this 6 week challenge I decided not to do progress pics this time but just track my workouts! I started a new job in week 2 of the challenge and I was so afraid I would fall back into old habits and not want to exercise before or after work but I am so proud of myself I stuck to my 4/5 classes a week and honestly feel so fit and strong! Thanks@Maeve Madden for the constant encouragement and making us all feel like we can achieve anything 👑❤️
