Can someone remind me for the challenge - the three work outs a week have to be the ones that have the *s but is there any particular classes you should do total body, hiit, etc? :)
@Hannah Twomey I think one lower one upper and total body! I'm doing arms today as legs don't work lol 😂

I got married in August and since then have taken a break from challenges. I am back with a bang and this was fab. Festive firecracker here I come!
