I'm not a new queen, I'm just a bit of a background queen and I'm not on the forums much.
I tend to be a catch up queen, and did my first live this morning since coming over to the new platform. I couldn't see the comments at all... is anyone able to tell me how to see it?
I'm on an iPad if that helps!

Hi Rachel, if you download the Vimeo app and create an account you should be able to see the chat no problem x
Rachel I had this problem with my Ipad after we switched platforms. I set up a Vimeo app and that didn't help. Turned out I needed the iPad landscape to see comments and join chat 🤦🏼♀️😂

@Helen Haste haha uhoh! Well I had mine landscape earlier and that wasn't working, so hopefully the Vimeo app works! Otherwise I'm stumped 😅
Hey Rachel, I have the same issue- I have never been able to see the chats when Live & I also use an iPad. (Landscape doesn't work for me either.) please let me know if you figure it out :)

@Cristin Gallagher Downloading the Vimeo app worked for me. Although I find if I full-screen the video during the workout, when I come out of it I can't see the chat again. So I have to click on the workout on the QDQ page again to get back onto the chat again. Hopefully when the app's live it will be better!
