I was just wondering if anyone one here has a Pacemaker or Heart issues and how they find the workouts?
I got mine to treat third degree heart block nearly 10 years ago, I'm 32 now 😝
I definitely feel a lot fitter and my stamina has certainly improved doing these workouts.
Although I do find I get tired quite easily so have to mix them up but I love all weights and strength training.
