Fruits doesn't bother me when I eat it before workout!
Oooooo love a bit of melon, yasss im the saame, thse water based fruit are epsecially good as easier to digest before a workouts. I know alot of ppl suggest banana but sometimes I feel it just sits in my tummy. I love blueberries / raspberries also
Fruit r my fav all types of berries especially. I have a banana b4 workout & Berry overnight oats for my breakfast about 11.00-12.00 lol actually more like brunch. 😋
I wish I liked fruit but I can't even touch it never mind eat it, I can smell it from 100miles away so I can't even mask the smell or taste in smoothies.
I usually just have a coffee before a workout.
