Finally got some weights!!


  • Sooo looking forward to today's class (maybe a little scared too lol). I finally found some weights that were in stock so it's good bye water bottle, hello 4kg weights😊😊

  • @Sharon Digby I bought 4kgs but I think I may have been too optimistic lol, especially for sweaty 7's, so I just use one weight and its perfect 😊


  • @Mairead Roche YAS, same as me I just use that one 5kg weight.  Tbh I might up it today on sweaty7s and increase my weight. The thing is we do alot of reps thats why the struggle is real 


  • @Sharon Digby Hi Sharon, it will depend on your own strengh.  I have 2kg, 3kg and 5kg.  My shoulder gives me some bother, so I some times drop down but if I was to suggest I would probably think 3kg dumbbells are a great start.  Argos have decent weights
