Wow Queens 👑 that was such an excellent workout. At one point I cldbt drink my water 💦 because I was shaking so much. Squat pulse & jump😵 I thought I was a gonner after it. Loved the changes in Low Low - I usually do the advanced moves but suffering quite badly with my back so this helped today. 😍#Queensdontquit

I loved yesterday's class so much! Super spicy on the old butt ... I was loving jumping around to the finisher so much that my iPad fell of the mantel and smashed into smitherines! 🙈 Its just one of those weeks. It still works but just have to be careful .. I'm going to see if I can get Maeve up on the big screen instead today! ... almost at the end of week 3 of #28 day challenge! Time files! 👑
