Took the last two days off because I just felt a little off so I listened to my body and took a break.

@Mairead Roche Glad you're feeling better for it. I've decided to do the same today. Ended up doing a legs and a bum workout two days in a row last week and was hillwalking over the weekend, don't think my legs can face another leg workout today! Good luck with the final week of the challenge :)

@Mairead Roche that's so good that you listened to your body Mairead! I had to do the same last week as a shoulder injury was acting up so really had to try and take it slow. Rest is so so important and a few days rest is better than getting injured and having to take time out for long periods of time!
@Niamh Byrne yes your right it so is. Well done for listening to your body and taking the break too. It can be hard at times to do it but as you said its better than an injury. Hope your shoulder has improved after the rest
