Gals, in urgent need of advice! Got my hair done last night and I was happy enough with it when I was leaving the salon (it was pretty dark) but now looking at it this morning it has this really orange-y glow from it. I'm absolutely devo - had a bit of a cry over it this morning (very first world problems I know!). It was meant to be a kind of blonde balayage... Any advice??
@Kate Clancy oh no Kate that is not fun. Defo go back to them and ask whats happened... dont wash it .. defo leave it as it is and go back and see what they can do.. Nothing worse than when the colour goes wrong, I have been there myself, but if ur not happy with it they should try and fix it
@Kate Clancy deffo contact them and tell them asap!! It may be they didn't put a toner on it.
I get blonde balayage and always have a toner to take the yellowish tint out, then I use the Kerastate purple shampoo once a week between colours. Though this went a bit downhill during lockdown!
