  • Hello Queens! How was everyone’s week?! Just on for the weekly check in!

    Highs - 3 workouts this week which I LOVED. So glad to have survivor back, got some really good burns! My nutrition was en pointe too lots of yummy lunches  - turkey burger, peppers, rice - delicious! Hydration was good and I downloaded an app to help with that!

    Lows - only got three walks in as the weather has been so terrible! Any other tips for getting steps in v welcome! 

     

    However all in all a great week!!xxx

  • @queensdontquit End of Week 5.  And what a week🙄🤗.!!

    My highs this week were my Workouts, Hydration, Sleep & for the majority of the time my meal plan. I started to feel bored this week due to the weather & not being able to get out as much as I wldve liked for my walks but the flipside of that was experimenting with my meals, which I enjoyed. So NEW GOAL this week try some more different recipes new ingredients etc.

    My low this week, was my step count AGAIN. Even though I managed to do well over 10k a day I didn't make it out for my walks so I upped my step count with extra Classes. 10 classes in all this week. And while I thoroughly enjoyed each & every one of them I know that 10 classes can be 2 much theres nothing like fresh air & a good walk. Also I found myself picking again in the evenings more sweet stuff. I've bn so good so I was shocked to find this happening but I realised these last 2 wks wldve bn my monthly visitor & that's when I crave sugar. So thats going to be stopped this week 🤞🤞🤞🙄

    So as we r hitting Week 6 halfway through our challenge,😲😲  I'm wishing all the Queens another fantanstic week. Remember u're in it to win it & to win it for U. #queensdontquit #queenteamjourney #queenteamsupport #queenteamalltheway

    My highs this wk was completing 8 workouts and not eating too late in evenings or while watching the bake off.... God that is so hard 😂😂😂😂.

    Lows have been the few too many gins last night.... sluggish today. And not walking enough also!!! I just love walking. Really looking forward to another wk of dancing and feeling good!!! Wishing all the queen family a great wk!! Xx

I braved a walk in the rain today was actually quite nice, straight into the bath when I came home! Love that idea of trying new recipes, I’m experimenting with soups at the mo so will update how that goes! You go Queens, I really love this chat keeps me motivated and focused every week 💕💕💕

  • @Suzie McDonald @Carmel Mulvany no walk for me as my back is playing, gutted tbh as it got me a bit down today but 2moro is a new day so will defo b putting in a bigger effort. I made soup yesterday though. Wait for it!! Cauli & Brocoli. Its absolutely gorgeous I wld highly recommend girls. Delicious! 


  • Hello ladies! Weekly check in time!,

    Highs - rembember one of my original goals was to get a good walk in?! Well this week I’ve walked every day for at least 30 mins! I’m so proud to have started a new habit! Got three workouts in which was good as I’ve been really busy with work! My fave routines atm are absolutely everybody, fire ball and shout out to my ex! Made some good nutritious food too including a lovely sweet potato soup!

    Lows - dare I say no real lows this week! I would have loved to have got maybe one or two more workouts in but I feel the walking made up for it!

    how have you got on!? Only 3 weeks to the wedding too! Xxx
