Hello Queens 👑 hope u r all keeping well. I hope that ur Week 6 has bn a success. Once again it was another week of fantastic workouts, laughs & support.
So here we go with my highs & lows of my week . My starting goals were to increase water intake, improve & be better organised with my meal planning, cut out sugar, increase my steps & a better sleep pattern. While also getting in my daily workouts - 8 classes this wk. I am very pleased with how it all went for me this week even my step count. I pushed myself to do more walking so after queensdontquit I quickly showered & got out for my walk most days. Food & Water were great. Sugar intake was at its lowest.
My low was my sleep pattern but in fairness it really cldnt b helped as it was due to my back problem. But I will add I finally got to do Sineads Pilates class after this mornings Saturday Burn, I got a bit of relief from that so every bit helps.
