Saturday HIIT 💦🥵


  • Did Tuesday's HIIT workout this morning and it was soo spicy! Struggled with the odd few burpees but managed to do most of them ✅ Anyone else absolutely love the high intensity sessions? I love the weight sessions and leg/peach day but I always feel absolutely amazing after the HIIT sessions! I usually don't have the energy to do the Tuesday workout in the middle of the week so usually do it at the weekends and I always feel so good after it 🙌🏻 My peach was still burning after yesterday's workout so ended up lying on the floor for a while after the stretches because my legs just didn't want to carry me for a while 😂😂 hope everyone is having a good weekend xx



  • Oh Niamh you are so right about yesterday's perky peach..... I did it this morning and my legs just feel like lumps of lead! Can't move them. Glad tomorrow a rest day..... just a walk to get the steps up


  • @Niamh Byrne whhhoooohoooo great to see u Queen 👑. Hope ur doing well in placement doll. Well done u for knocking the workouts of the park as usual Niamh. I'm still sore from pearky peach 🍑. 🥵🥵🥵. And this morning was another great session 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️. Don't forget to try the Pilates on Wednesday Niamh I think u'll enjoy it. Take care Queen stay safe doll 🥰

  • @Audrey Browne aw Audrey I love my weekends off when I have time to fit in the workouts without feeling like I have so many other things to do! 😅 rest day today along with some studying, have lots of exams coming up in the next few weeks but I'm buzzing for a live workout on the 26th because I'm off for the bank holiday!! 🙌🏻 I miss the lives so much but so happy to still be able to fit in the odd few workouts in the week! I genuinely think the Christmas challenge has been keeping me on track too, I think without that motivation I'd be hard set to do one workout a week! 
    Yeah I didn't get a chance to do the yoga class the last time so will definitely try make time for Pilates 🤞🏻 hope you're keeping well Audrey xx


  • @Maeve Madden loved the new routine, also really like the little mix one!! It always takes me a few days to get my coordination right for the new routines but they're always fab once I get the hang of them! I used to hate burpees but can genuinely say I love them now and I always feel so strong after seeing at how far I've come with the amount of burpees I can do! 🙌🏻🔥


  • @Niamh Byrne Omg Queen u r a busy chicken. I seriously take my hat off to u doll. Ure not even getting a rest day as such as u're studying 😳. U truly r the shining Queen managing to do everything including workouts. I'm exhausted just reading what u have to do. 🥰 🥰 🥰 🥰. Well we miss u at the lives but keep doing what ur doing doll. 🤗 🤗 🤗. Stay safe doll.
