I've just caught up on the Pilates class; really enjoyed it. Quite sore after yesterday's killer PP🍑 class but thoroughly enjoyed it.
I find my wrists are quite weak (I have CTS in one) so struggle with full planks and burpees but think this will really help in building up my strength.

Hey queens, saturday night here in Canada and been out of the workouts for the last couple of days with some major tooth pain. Been doing workouts with the queen 👸 of team queen since May so missing the last couple of days I really missed it. On the antibiotics and feeling a little better. Caught up with the pilates class and really looking forward to more. lots of ❤️ from Canada!

Really enjoyed pilates too queens! Lively to have more diversity in the workouts! All of which will hugely help build strength even more!!!!
