Just did the live pilates and loved it but wondering if @Maeve Madden or Sinead have any advice for tight hips? When doing the fire hydrant move my knees are only inches off the ground as my hips are so so tight. Any advice greatly appreciated, going to go to physio post lockdown here in Ireland but something to help in the meantime.
@Sorcha FS Stretches like runners lunge, frogger and prayer quat are good for your hips. I tend to get sore hips sometimes as well so it's good to stretch after workouts while your muscles are warm. Here's a couple of yoga videos that are quite good:

I loved it too, wasn't going to do the Pilates tonight, wrecked after work. But then I did (in my pyjamas) and feel great after it, very burny in parts 🔥 thanks Sinead.
