Hi @Maeve Madden and all the Queens!
I was wonder if Maeve has a video anywhere of the right form for things like planks, burpees, squats. I've been on the website for a few months now and doing the instas since the summer. My fitness has definitely improved but I always seem to struggle with these moves in particular - I try for the advanced move but drop down to beginner version. Not sure if it's because my core isn't strong enough or maybe actually my form isn't right?
Would appreciate any advice youse have! x
@Niamh Kelly Maeve has a 'how to squat' highlight on the queens don't quit instagram page. And she did mention that she would do more quick videos like that of there were any moves people were struggling with. Sorry not sure if maybe she has done burpees and plank elsewhere? hope that helps a little.
@Niamh Kelly as @Ciara Franklin said Maeve has put up a few "how to perform" certain exercises on queensdontquit insta. She will be updating it with more moves. What I wld say is that u need to work ur way to advanced moves. As u know it starts with Beginners, inter mediate & then advanced. These stages are a gradual process, the reason being to ensure that each exercise is done correctly & safely to avoid any injuries. So hang on in there & be patient with it all, it will truly pay off. U will feel that as time goes by that the exercises will b that bit easier for u to do & that u're getting stronger & then u know u r ready to progress.
