Kate I can't actually remember doing Burpees this morning even though I do them everytime but I've just gone blank 😂😂😂 I secretly prayed for Hero as a finisher & if it was going to be Dua Lipa I had my fingers crossed 🤞 for no burpees. I was afraid that everything I consumed over Xmas wld make an appearance 🙄😳😳😂. Roll on 2moro Queens 👑 👑👑❤️ ❤️ ❤️

  • @clare mcfadden everytime u log into do a workout it is automatically registered. It registers when u log in & what workouts u do. Maeve spent alot of time creating this website so that it works for both her & the members. So all u have to do is log in & workout.     Also, is it just me or was anyone else completely distracted by Maeve's fabulous ring! 🤩


  • @Audrey Browne loved the workout yesterday can really feel it today in my bum and legs lol ready to go again this morning though😊going to aim to do a workout each day this wk its good for the mind while in lockdown and wfh.

  • @Amy Lewis Hi Amy! I just caught up on today's sweaty 7s during my lunch break, it was brilliant! Sweaty 7s are 3 sets of 3 exercises with wee breaks in between, all about building strength so if you have light weights they would be good to have nearby. In total Sweaty 7s are about 30ish minutes long - today's was upper body and there's a lower body one tomorrow I think. Definitely worth a go!x
