Day One of the Spring Queen Challenge! So excited to see progress over the next few weeks! I loved Maeves live workouts during the first lockdown and this is my first workout since so legs are on fire. Im wondering if anyone keeps a food diary and do they find it helps and any other tips are greatly appreciated!💜

I do try and use my fitness pal to track different things - It just makes things a bit easier and more accountable
Hey Anne Marie, I do keep a food diary and I find it really helps and motivates me to eat clean during the week as you feel more accountable for what you're eating. Didn't do it over Christmas but back to it this morning. I find it really helps 😊

I used to track my calories through MyFitnessPal and it was great. I used it religiously for 5years and it really helped me figure out where my calories were consumed during a day. I don't use it anymore as I feel I now have a real guide/understanding on my food consumption now.
I really focus on getting sleep and drinking lots of water. I find those two things really help to make the best food choices.

I use MyFitnessPal and tend to be repetitive with brekkie and lunch only cos I love what I have etc
I mix it up with dinners and so on and I try to hit set fibre and protein targets that I've had set for me. Main thing is calorie deficit for fat loss xx
