WEEK 6 COMPLETE QUEENS @Maeve Madden
It was a tough week, had to help plan my nans funeral, but as my parents went back to work, it gave me some free time to do some workouts. I want to say a big thank you to queen @Maeve Madden for always bringing positive, fun energy. It was great being able to squeeze these 30/40 min workouts in as and when around my day. Sadly no weigh-ins. But think i did well in grand scheme of things :)

WEEK 7 COMPLETE @Maeve Madden #TEAM QUEEN
Another week over with - can you believe it?? Do we know how long this challenge is going on for, 8 weeks? 10 weeks? I couldn't remember and can't seem to find anything with an end date on??
I've done ok this week, not the best as its been pouring with rain all week but have managed to get out a few days - and have done as many workouts as permitted. It's my nans funeral tomorrow so hoping to get to a normal routine soon
How did you all get on?
I took the two wks off for Xmas and did feck all excerise and I ate all the bad foods we all know and love which really don't agree with me but sure it was Xmas. Although my dress size didn't and hasn't changed I was bloated and felt so crap. As u can see in the wk 1 pic but The challenge helped me to refocus getting me back to my healthy lifestyle with workouts which helping both my mind and body as well as getting back on track with my normal eating routines. @Maeve Madden honestly thank u For creating such an amazing platform you and all the other Queen trainers are so postive & encouraging. Helping us to keep challenging ourselves to reach new goals 👏🏻👑feel so much leaner and stronger
@Gemma O Connor you are looking AMAZING. Well done to you. We chat be in it 24/7 and it's OK to have rest, listen to our bodies, drink the prosecco and eat the chocoalte. It's all about balance as she says. Keep up the good work Queen x

END OF WEEK 8!! CAN YOU BELIEVE IT QUEENS @Maeve Madden
This week start and ended so differently. Started hard, with my nans funeral on Monday, but ended great, spring is here, blue sky, sun shining, sun glasses on , and I didn't need to wear a hat, scarf, gloves or a coat. I am starting to feel like my old self again after having a couple of weeks taking it easy with everything emotionally. Hoping to smash next week hard:
