Newbie Queen & Spring Challenge

  • Hey Queens,

Just joined today and finished  the “all out legs” work out....I have legs of jelly now🙈

Before all the  lockdowns I was a regular gym goer and les mills enthusiast but since December I have lost ALL motivation to workout  as a result of the lockdowns and regulations/restrictions 😩So I thought there was no better team to join,to help motivate and lift my spirits through these unsettling times ❤️

    lots of love

    Charlotte x

  • @Charlotte McCabe welcome Queen. We've all bn where u've bn doll. I was a gym fanatic cldnt get enough of if. But life happens & lock downs take over. So I was so happy to have found Team Queen back at the very start of 1st lock down & still loving it close to a year later. U made a very good choice Charlotte. Looking forward to working out with u Queen. Enjoy 👑 👑 👑 ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

  • Hey new Queen.
Hope you enjoyed it. I was a keen gym goer too, I loved my Boxfit, spin classes and weight workouts. But then I discovered Maeve and I've not looked back.
The one thing missing for me from the gym was the class instructors weren't very motivating, and most of the time I'd go by myself, do the class and go straight home without speaking to a single person.
And although I'm still working out technically alone at home, I don't feel like I am. Honestly sometimes I feel like we're all in a room together with Maeve. You can really feel the energy and then having this forum is just so motivating too. It's lovely getting to know everyone.

I hope you enjoy it just as much! Xx

  • Welcome Charlotte! I can relate... I'm a fitness instructor and I am missing classes so much 😂 I struggle to exercise on my own so feedback to my clients keeps me going too lol! Team Queen will soon fill the gap!! Good luck 👑💕

  • @Charlotte McCabe it definitely was the right choice. That's how I was at the first lockdown and i seen maeve on Instagram and I couldn't wait to join in. It was something to look forward to but also to have a routine.. without a routine i felt lost and sluggish with no motivation...

  • @Audrey Browne @Rebecca Evans @Beth Haughian  and @siobhan Scally . Thank you so much for all your lovely replies and support. It is so nice to see I am not alone with my story ❤️

p.s i can confirm that my legs and bum are on fire today 🔥😂

    💕👸👑
