I really wanted to do the spicy circuits but I wanted to do it on the website to count as one of my challenge workouts (didn't know I could write in the forum until after I finished the one from last week saved in the library 🙈) does this still count? Week 4 completed! Absolutely delighted! Between the workouts and walks I am noticing little changes in my body. Did all the Burpees today, first time I haven't had to drop back to the beginner version. When I started 4 weeks ago the idea of a burpee terrified me! They're still not perfect and definitely still hard but I am definitely seeing an improvement in myself! Hope everyone else had a good week! 👑
@Carol Burns Queen loving u're seeing some changes. Changes both in ur body & ur exercise form. When that happens I feel we find a new found love all over again for exercise. I am a huge fan of burpees I cld do them all day long. I was like u when I 1st started exercising I was so allergic to them but I discovered my form wasn't correct so when I fixed that & realised how much they were doing for me they became my new best friend. Especially on a day I feel zapped. I put on HERO & I try burpee through the whole song. Mad I know but it just gets me going. Keep smashing it Carol u've got this Queen 🥰👑👑👑❤️❤️❤️

@Audrey Browne I can't believe we start week 5 tomorrow. Even though January feels like it dragged it doesn't feel like it was 4 weeks ago we started this challenge! I can't believe how much I am enjoying it, and I have made it part of my routine.
I've started planning out my week on a Sunday. I can't always make the lives so last week on Sunday I planned my workouts for the week. I knew what I was choosing so I wasn't wasting time browsing on the website cos there's such a fab selection 🤣😍 I just feel like being organised makes it so much easier!
I wish I had taken photos before I joined Queens Don't Quit as I am feeling stronger but it's nice to look back to see how far you've come.
The only other thing I would have changed is I would have started earlier!
