@Cora Savage Aw Cora I used to honestly dread the gym, I used to feel so self conscious and lonely like you said! It's strange because even though we're all in lockdown and I'm doing the workouts in my living room on my own I don't feel lonely at all and it's just such an amazing group I love it 💛 Well done on smashing your workouts so far queen ☺️💛

@Audrey Browne Hi! So far loving all of the classes! Every time I try a new one I think, "This is my new favorite." Haha. As you said above--the soreness means it's working, and I like it! 😊 Plus, I'm always so energized and in such a great mood afterward. It's lifesaving during lockdown.

I've bn doing QDQ since March last year the first lock down & loved it from the 1st day. Buzzing everyday, the classes put me in such a good mood, I love it. Awww Kelly pls try Barre Ballet it actually does help with flexibility it really does. I have finally got my flexibility back to where is used to be. @Audrey Browne thank you for all your support! I loved the first week! I feel really tired and alive at the same time which is a bit weird. My body will need to get used to all the workouts but I actually love the DOMS - it's been a long time I could actually felt my workouts.
