First week as a Queen completed. Wee 30 minute cardio of sunday morning... who even am I? lol
It was bouncy! fairly tested the aul pelvic floor muscles... they need work! 😂
Had to pause to get snacks for the toddler and make bottles for the twins but I finished because Queens dont quit :) Hope to do the wind down after bedtime later.

I did my hair yesterday following@Maeve Madden hair tong tutorial to ruin it this morning with the workout 🤣. Totally worth it! I feel so pumped up and the songs and Maeve are so motivating. Thank you@Maeve Madden ❤️
@Aisling McGlinchey I've done the yoga usually b4 bed the past few times and I've found it super relaxing!!!! Defo worth doing after a tough wk queen, you'll feel all the benefits and more!!!!! So proud of us all this wk! It's so hard to start something like this or come back to it after xmas days off but once you do....its a game changer!!!!!!!
