Omg queens I can't believe I've completed 5 workouts this week. My aim was 3 in line with the challenge but I ended up doing 2 more days. I feel soooo energetic afterwards.
i started on Monday with the beginners intro, then Tuesday I done combat queens, Wednesday I decided to have a day off, Thursday I done Wednesdays sweaty 7's, Friday I decided to try Tuesdays sweaty 7'a as I loved the Wednesday class so much, had Saturday off (treated myself to a Terry's chocolate orange, girls gotta live right!!) then just now I caught up on Saturday's queens don't quit.. loooooved it. I'm so pleased with myself. My goal for next week is to try the perky peach as a new class. Does anyone know what f-abs Friday is like? How amazing are the songs also... waka waka Africa, let's go girls... love it 💕💕💕

I think F-Abs is a new class so not sure what it'll be like but I'm sure it'll be nice and spicy 🌶💛

@Audrey Browne awww thanks for your lovely words Audrey. I done the all out legs class yesterday and wow my bum is so sore today 😂 not felt it this much before. Think it might have been because I was using bands? I'm going to do the sweaty 7's arm workout soon xx
