I wasn't going to upload any pictures which is why I didn't post last week, but I decided to get the courage and post for motivation for myself!💪
Below are my Fitness and Mindfullness goals;
- Do at least 3 work outs per week
- Do at least 10,000 steps per day
- No Alcohol for the month of January
- Drink at least 1.5 litres of water per day
- Make 1 new healthy yummy dish per week! (Got a new cookbook)
- Read at least 10 minutes before bed
- Listen to more audio books/podcasts
I am an essential worker working in a fertility clinic full time so I hope to stay on track and get in shape for summer. Looking forward to seeing my progress and everyone elses progress from before and after the Spring Challenge. Heres to hoping we will have a summer full of adventures and fun with friends and family. ❤️ Best wishes everyone!! 🤗💕
